To promote a premium water delivery service at Costco, increase awareness of the exclusive partnership with Costco and drive purchase of the water delivery service on Costcowater.com by running a multi-month campaign on the Costco TV Network
Results
Based on Costco member mobile survey data, the campaign delivered a significant increase in purchase of the brand on Costcowater.com. When comparing mobile survey responses from the exposed vs. control (baseline) Costco members, there was a:
- 23 percentage points increase in current purchase of the brand on Costcowater.com
- 30 percentage points increase in future purchase of the brand on Costcowater.com

A third-party independent research partner, MFour Mobile Research, collected a total of 400 mobile interviews during the campaign from March to May 2025 among Costco members who were in the market for a water delivery service at Costco. On average, it took 10 minutes for Costco members to complete the mobile survey.
