Amsterdam, October 31th 2024   Digital in-store monetization expert, PRN has appointed Alexandre Lepicq as Head of Retail Media Growth, France.   will lead the growing PRN Ad Sales team in France as PRN secure significant on-premises retail media agreements in the country.

“France is proving to be an active and enthusiastic market for us with significant opportunities in grocery, fitness and general retail coming to fruition,” said PRN CEO, Kevin Carbone, ”As we launch and optimize new networks in the region, we require best in class experts to build country-specific ad sales and  monetization teams to serve those networks. Alexandre’s experience in delivering powerful campaigns for French advertisers will be essential for us as we continue our expansion across Europe.”

Previous to PRN, Lepicq has served as Head of Sales at Digeiz and Sales Director at Clear Channel where he was responsible for leading a ten-person team to deliver the sales objectives of key advertisers and agencies including Havas and Dentsu.

“In-store retail media networks offer far more than digital out of home and I cannot wait to share the opportunities that PRN can bring to French advertisers for greater data, deeper strategy and higher sales,” said  Alexandre Lepicq. “In America, PRN has demonstrated the power of in-store digital campaigns to deliver greater conversion. The ability to hone advertising campaigns with real time, accurate behavioral data and then link these campaigns directly to sales is transformative. It is hugely exciting to offer  these capabilities to the French market.”

Lepicq’s  appointment is the latest addition to the PRN Europe team following Alison Dunham who became Sales Director, In-Store Retail Media, UK last month and Tijmen Willems who joined PRN as Vice President of Retail Media EMEA in May. The increased activity of PRN within Europe is part of a broader strategy to expand the in-store retail media expertise of PRN beyond the US where the leader in digital in-store advertising has been deploying and monetizing media networks for over 30 years. More appointments as well as new European retail media network agreements are set to be announced in the coming weeks.
